During automobile assembly, rapid response is required to improve assembly speed.
We designed a set of quick-installation fixtures for the installation of flange seals for automobile parts. The quick-release device in the fixture features a quick-release pin product. To improve guidance and positioning, the front end of the quick-release pin is designed with a rounded chamfer guide. At the rear end, to ensure better fixation and installation, an internal threaded hole is provided, along with a flat surface on the outer circumference.
In order to be compatible with other products, the quick-release latch designed for this product has two countersunk screw holes at both ends of the handrail and a T-shaped handrail.
